We teach from Baby Champions at 6 months through adults. Age ranges are a guide. Baby and Tiny Champions are placed by each child's development, not age alone. Typical bands: Baby Champions ~6 mo–3, Tiny Champions ~2.5–4, Little Champions 1 (5–8), and Little Champions 2 (9–12). Homeschool is 4–12. Teens train in classes labeled Teens & Adults. Adults train GB1, GB2, and GB3.
No experience needed. Most of our adults started exactly where you are. Our structured Gracie Barra curriculum is designed to meet beginners where they are and progress safely from day one.
We're at 110 W Sandy Lake Rd, Suite 130, Coppell, TX 75019, with free parking right outside the academy.
